We're building a supportive space for parents and families. These guidelines help us maintain a positive environment for everyone.
BE RESPECTFUL
• Treat all community members with kindness and respect
• Remember that parenting experiences vary widely
• Avoid judgment about parenting choices
• Respect privacy - don't share others' information without permission
BE HELPFUL
• Share genuine experiences and honest reviews
• Offer supportive advice when asked
• Welcome new members to the community
• Report helpful content and flag unhelpful content
BE AUTHENTIC
• Share honest opinions and experiences
• Don't create fake accounts or reviews
• Disclose any affiliations or sponsorships
• Don't impersonate others
NOT ALLOWED
• Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
• Spam, advertisements, or self-promotion
• Dangerous or harmful advice
• Sharing private information about others
• Content that sexualizes children
• Encouraging illegal activities
• Misinformation about health or safety
MEDICAL DISCUSSIONS
• Don't give specific medical advice - always recommend consulting a doctor
• Share experiences, not diagnoses
• Be sensitive about health topics
• Respect different medical choices
COMMUNITY GROUPS
OneNest allows you to join and create community groups:
Joining Groups:
• Be respectful of existing group culture
• Follow group-specific rules if any exist
• Report inappropriate content to moderators
Creating Groups:
• Choose clear, descriptive group names
• Set a welcoming tone for your group
• You're responsible for moderating your group
• Groups that violate guidelines may be removed
Anonymous Posting:
• Some areas allow anonymous posting for sensitive topics
• Anonymous doesn't mean unaccountable - guidelines still apply
• Abuse of anonymous posting will result in consequences
CONTENT MODERATION
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content:
• Automated filters flag potentially harmful content
• Reported content is reviewed by our team
• Group creators can moderate their own groups
• We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours
Our goal is to keep discussions supportive while allowing open, honest conversations about parenting challenges.
REPORTING ISSUES
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
1. Use the report feature in the app
2. Email Support@OneNestApp.com
We review all reports and take appropriate action.
CONSEQUENCES
Violating these guidelines may result in:
• Content removal
• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
